Shipping Rates &  Delivery Estimates

All orders over $69 qualify for free shipping;

orders under $69 will incur an $6 shipping fee.

 The shipping cost will be added to your order total at checkout.

Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, and local postal requirements. While we strive to provide timely deliveries, please note that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Typically, customers can expect their orders to arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Air Barista is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer tariffs, taxes, and local regulations.

Damages

Air Barista is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
